By accessing or using any services offered by Core Pilates ("we," "our," or "us"), including purchasing packages, booking classes, or using our online platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Core Pilates provides Pilates classes, training sessions, and related wellness services across our studio locations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To book classes or purchase packages, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through our approved payment gateway partners. By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Package & Credit Validity
Class credits and packages are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Expired credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Credits are personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another member.
6. Booking & Cancellation
Class bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by class type and are communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session credit. Please review the specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking.
7. Health & Safety
By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to engage in Pilates or related activities. Core Pilates is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation in our classes. Please inform your instructor of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform — including text, images, logos, and class materials — is the property of Core Pilates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy practices. Your information is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Pilates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services.
