At Core Pilates, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

2. Class Packages & Credits

All class package and credit purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. However, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was charged in error.
  • A technical issue on our platform resulted in an incorrect charge or failed service delivery.
  • A medically documented condition prevents you from participating in any future sessions (subject to review and supporting documentation).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced. If you wish to cancel a membership, please contact us before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods within a billing cycle.

4. Class Cancellations by Core Pilates

If a class is cancelled by Core Pilates due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, facility issues), the session credit will be returned to your account automatically. No monetary refund will be issued for studio-cancelled sessions unless the service cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

5. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Credits used for sessions that are not attended (no-show) or cancelled within the late cancellation window are non-refundable and non-recoverable. Please refer to our booking cancellation policy for applicable time windows.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us with the following information:

  • Full name and registered email address.
  • Order ID or transaction reference number.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Supporting documentation, if applicable.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically between 7–14 business days after approval. Core Pilates is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Expired class credits or packages.
  • Partially used packages.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases, unless stated otherwise.
  • Vouchers or gift credits.
